From the family of Mr & Mrs Okechukwu, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu popularly known as Cubana chief priest was born in Orsu local Government Area In Imo State, eastern part of , Nigeria, on April 2, 1982. He is a native of Orsu, Imo state. Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu is the second child of his parent. The celebrity bar man attended primary and secondary school in Imo state where he obtained his WAEC and First school leaving certificate before going to Nekede polytechnic where he graduated from in Imo state.
